It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belle Neal of Fairfield, Ohio, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ramsey "Sonny" Neal, Jr.; her child Sandy Byrd; and her parents, Perry Mills and Dicey Mills. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Leach (Mike), Bill Deaton and Jeannette Smotherman. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
