She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Nicholas Spinelli (Sally Sparks) and Christina Fields (Jay); her siblings, James Hasken (Deborah) and Sharon Merryman (Daniel Valencia); her siblings-in-law, Paul Spinelli (Melissa), Sheila Bruno (Ernie) and Michelle McCallion (Joesph); her nieces and nephews, Jerry Bruno (Jennifer), Tara Gonzalez (Eric), Scott Hasken (Elizabeth), Stephanie Ammerman (William), Claire Merryman, Michael Valencia, Daniel McCallion and Matthew McCallion (Christy); and her friends, Nancy and Ed Sinclair.
