She is survived by: her parent Hazel Hudson; her spouse Louis "Paul" Chalk; her children, Chris Chalk (Jody), Kerri Frazier (Steve), Kasey Rouse (Scott), Krista Gadzala and Jeff Gadzala (Kristen); her grandchildren, Daniel, Destiny, Ben, Megan, Josh, Kate, Ryan and Noah; her great grandchild Olivia; and her brother Bill Hudson (Donna). She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
