He was predeceased by: his mother Stacy Merrell; and his grandparents, Charles, Bertha Curtsinger, Maynard and Elizabeth Merrell.
He is survived by: his father Lance Merrell; his stepmother Wendy Merrell; his siblings, Tyler Merrell (Jessi), Jamie Crowe, Kara Harper (Stephen) and Kyle Crowe; his niece Emma Merrell; and his nephew Avi Merrell. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
