We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Adam C. Enz of Fairfield, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sylvia Goodnite, Thomas Adkins and Albert Enz; and his uncle Chet Adkins. He is survived by: his parents, Kim Enz and Mark Enz; his brother Jesse Enz; his nephew Miles Enz; and his grandmother Mary Enz.

Flowers may be sent to Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding; or in lieu of flowers envelopes will be available for donations to Semper Fi, an organization Adam held dear to his heart for their work providing assistance to combat wounded, critically ill, and catastrophically injured service members and their families.
