He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Neal and Gavis Neal. He is survived by: his wife Marianna; his sons, William D Neal (Katie Miller) of Springfield, Scott Neal (Jacqui) of Bellbrook and Mark Neal (Tyra) of Golden Valley, MN; and his grandchildren, Shea Neal, Mara Neal and Liam Neal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
