It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard E. Blackmore of Fairborn, Ohio, born in Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Blackmore and Opal Blackmore (Martin); his wife Charlene Blackmore; his children, Sandra Blackmore Saphire and Robert P. Bond Jr.; and his siblings, Dale Blackmore, Lillian Stephens and Leola Cargell.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Bond, Charles "Hank" Bond, Billie Jean Blackmore, Joy Bond, Melissa Stoddard and Beth Ann Blackmore. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
