Lewis and Lillie Perry Lewis; her son Michael Ellis Sergent; her husband Avery Sergent; her siblings, Arnold Lewis, Stanley Lewis, Ray Lewis, Earl Lewis, Reva Peyton Abner, Leatha Lewis and Winston Lewis; her nephews, Russell Lewis and Barry Lewis; and her niece Pauletta Sue Moffeit.
She is survived by: her sister Lorena Lewis of Fairborn, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Sam Lewis (Juanita "Snookie") of Flemingsburg, KY, Diane Blankenship (Bernal), Robert Lewis (Bonnie), LaDonna Malone (Dave), Phil Lewis (Carmie), Donald Ray Lewis (Peggy), Dwight Lewis (Cindy), Dennis Lewis (Marilyn), Rickey Lewis (Rhonda), Jeff Lewis (Terri), Vernon Lewis, Donnie Lewis (Sandy), Linda Shawl, Beverly Lewis, Danny Lewis (Sherry), Janice Caudill, Rhonda McIntyre (Bobby), Larry Peyton (Linda), Sharon Disantis, Sheila Faulkner (Dave), Joyce Cantrell and Mark Lewis (Linda).
