He is survived by: his siblings, Brian Keith Adkins and Betty Jean Chafin (Adkins); and his nieces and nephews, Maryjean Adkins, Christine Chafin, Danny "Bud" Chafin, Cody Chafin, Joe Chafin, Donte Smith, Kindra Smith, Kiara Smith, Tamara Huls, Donna Ramsey and Scott Huls.
