He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Johnson (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Cody Johnson and Briana Johnson; his grandchildren, Adaline and Jordan; his father Jim Johnson (Karen); and his siblings, Becky Santiago (Hector), David Hilliard and Scott Johnson (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
