He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Richard, Jean Ketchen, Imants Braslins, Sr. and Timothy; and his father Thomas Nevels Celebrant.

He is survived by: his mother Christy Hayes; his brother Jordan Copeland; his grandparents, Gary and Virginia Hayes; his great-grandparents, Edna Hayes and Susan Braslins; his uncle Brian Hayes; his aunts, Suzie Braslins and Gina Ketchen; his great-uncle John Ketchen (Laura); and his cousins, Briana, Brody, Brittnie and Brady.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nationwide Children's Pulmonary and Cardiology.
