He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Nealis and Glenna Nealis (Cremeens); and his brother Ralph E. Nealis. He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon Nealis (Martha) and Sharon Ratliff (Jimmy); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Thacker, Christopher Ratliff, Melissa Trimbach (Bobby) and Christopher Nealis (Lily). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
