He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foutz and Betty Foutz (Link); and his brother Glen Foutz. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his children, Jeremy Foutz (Susan), Justin Foutz (Megan), Joshua Foutz (Kamara), Jacob Foutz (Ashley) and Lenia Foutz (Daniel McLain). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a granddaughter on the way; as well as extended family and friends.
