She is survived by: her sons, Russell (Jennifer) and Rodney (Tammy); her grandchildren, David (Stacy) and Amy Neville (Tony); her great grandchildren, Skylar (Destiny), Ethan, Payten, Anthony, Jacob and Monica; her siblings, Paul Newcom and Virginia Smith (Jim); and her close friends, Linda and Missy.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Shirley.
