She is survived by: her husband Roy C. Lykins; her sons, Ric Lykins (Stephanie), Mike Lykins (Suzanne), Jeff Lykins (Geri) and Joe Lykins (Angie); her daughter-in-law Tina Lykins; her grandchildren, Chris, Brandon, Nicholas, Ciera, Alycia (Moises), Cole, Weslee (Kyle), Alexis (Kevin), Abbey (Josh), Jett (Erica), Jax, Karyss, Ellie (Seth), Aiden and Cooper; her siblings, Elaine and John Kemp (Joy); and her friend Barbara Black. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Sandy's memory.
