She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Howard Sr. and Billie Jean Longstreth (Moore); and her sister Denise Longstreth. She is survived by: her husband Larry D. Howard; her sons, Adam Howard (Cassie) and Noah Howard; her grandchildren, Alorah Rose, Penn, Tate, Ocean Rain, Pace and Cruz; and her siblings, Deborah Longstreth and Harold Howard Longstreth Jr.. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Dayton in Ruth's name.
