He is survived by : his husband Duane Slusher; his siblings, Randy Collins (Patricia) of Aiken, SC, Robin Edman (Sean) of St. Paul, MN and Rhonda Savage of Dayton, OH; his niece Stephanie; his nephews, Wesley, Aaron and Derek; his sister-in-law Connie Matlock (Slusher); his niece Nicole Gutierrez (Frank); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailee and Carsen; his sons, Jeremy and Kristopher Flynt; and his brother-in-law Tim West. He is also survived by numerous extended family and many close friends.
