He was predeceased by: his parent Robert D. Fisher. He is survived by: his parent Esther May Fisher (Speelman); his spouse Alma Faye Rose (Howard); his children, Tonya Schildmeyer (David) of Indianapolis, IN and Fred Rose of Beavercreek, OH; his granddaughters, Kaylin Schildmeyer and Sarah Schildmeyer; his siblings, Marjorie Connors (John) of Dixon, MO, David Fisher (Bonnie) of The Villages, FL, William Fisher (Donna) of Bucyrus, OH and Michael Fisher (June) of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Barett (Robert) and Kay Pierce (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
