He is survived by: his wife Beverly Downing (Davis); his children, Ronda Downing-Kenley of South Charleston, Beverly Holbrook of Fairborn, Richard (Kristal Downing) and Anthony "Tony" (Janice Downing); his brothers, David Downing and Harry Downing; his grandchildren, Sarah, Craig, Kara, Keith, Kaleb, Luke and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Lena, Callen, Iris, Braiden and Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
