He is survived by: his wife Jo Smead; his children, Mike Smead (Jenna) and Carrie Diltz (Jerime); and his grandchildren, Alexis Diltz, Braxton Bennett, Aubree Bennett and Lincoln Smead. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Hospice of Dayton.
