He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Willett and Lois J. Willett (Blankenship); and his sister-in-law Margaret Jaime. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Willett (Spicuzza); his children, Monica Mullins (Jennifer) and Timothy Willett; his grandchildren, Rian Woodward, Jr., Cayden Lewis and Jordan Willett; his siblings, Ed Willett (Kathy), Sherry Peyton (Richard), Sandy Swartout (Steve) and Richard Willett; and his parents-in-law, John and Helen Spicuzza. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
