She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wade and Bessie Lou Davis (Haney); her husband Homer Whitt; and her siblings, Jewel Davis, Lois Mae Morland, Helen L. Clevenger, Betty Adams and Drexel Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Herschel Whitt (Kathee) of Troy, Donnie Whitt (Diona) of Fairborn and Sandra Lyons (Mike) of Fairborn; her sisters, Jean Patrick of Wrigley, KY and Charlene Wattern (Don) of Kettering; her grandchildren, Cindy, Rodney, Michele (Clay), Kevin (Corie) and Jamie (Brian); her stepgrandchildren, Rachel (Nick) and William; and her sister-in-law Leavinadale Whitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.
Memorial contributions in Rella's memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
