He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Lee and Lillian Mauverine Kegley (Whitt); his son Joseph Paul Kegley; and his siblings, Glennis Kegley, Lillian Teague and Lee Roy Kegley.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Dixon and Jason Kegley; his daughter-in-law Debra Mattachione; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Willow, Makenzie and Macy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
