He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard and Bernice Howard (Blankenship); his wife Georgia; his granddaughter Ginger Howard; and his siblings, Billy, David and Rose Howard.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Howard (Dena), Rick Howard (Joyce Jarvis), Keith Howard and Duane Howard (Michele); his grandchildren, Daniel Howard (Jacque), Brian Howard, Joslyn Gebby, Jaron Howard, Jonnie Chaney and Steven Howard; his great grandchildren, Erika Howard and Noah Howard; and his brother Russell Howard. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
