He is survived by: his wife Angela (Blake); his children, Joshua Lovely of Fairborn and Meghan Patrick (Aaron) of Salyersville, KY; and his grandchildren, Jarrod and Garret Patrick. He is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
