He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Crenshaw and Dorothy Crenshaw (Jones); and his daughter Heaven B. Crenshaw. He is survived by: his wife Pamela R. Spitler-Crenshaw (Clifton); his children, Brad Crenshaw (Jackie), Matthew Crenshaw (Kimberlie), Tobin Crenshaw (Monica), Jordan Crenshaw, Chynna Spitler and India Crenshaw; his siblings, Newell Crenshaw (Susan), Sue Arnold, Linda Andriacco and Ina Crenshaw; and his grandchildren, Kari Hampton (Aaron), Jacob Crenshaw, Jennifer Crenshaw, Sarah Petzel, Emily Mast (Jarod), Nathaniel Petzel (Katie) and Wil Petzel. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
