He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his siblings, Ron Oakley (Patty Ann), Hazel Watkins, Jerry Oakley (Lola), Dale Oakley (Linda) and Glenda Ford (Roy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
