He is survived by: his children, Phil Patrick (Vicky) of Fairborn, Paula Patrick (Martin Ennis) of Birmingham, AL, Steve Patrick (Jill) of Fairborn, Jeff Patrick of Dayton and Cathy Avey (Tim) of New Carlisle; and his grandchildren, Paul Patrick (Becky), Joe Patrick (Courtney), Matthew Patrick (Casey), Matthew Crawford (Ana), Kelly Patrick (Jason Calderon), Andrea Patrick and Chelsea Patrick. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, as well as extended family.
