He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Botts (Foster) and Elon W. Botts Sr.; his stepmother Esther Botts (Troire); his siblings, Elma Rowell and Elon Botts Jr.; and his daughter Cathy Rowley (Botts).
He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Brenda Hinz (Neal); his stepsons, Mark Flynn (Sandy) and Todd Flynn (Brittany); his grandchildren, Derrick, Nathan, Kristen, Patrick, Meghan, Alex, Kenzie and Carson; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole and Ashley; his sister Mary McConnel; and his pet Lewie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Fairborn.
