She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Smith and Nancy Ann Smith (Wilson); her husband Robert L. Slaven, Sr.; her children, Maxine Myers and Robert Slaven, Jr.; her siblings, David Roark, Mary Cup, Daniel Long, Stella Surber, Nellie Blackwell, Martin Smith, Paul Smith and Cora Bledsoe; and her great grandchild Raelynn.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Slaven, Kimberly Bennington and Jennifer Slaven; her grandchildren, Amber Nicole, Collins, Samantha Jo, Chelsey Ann, Merinda, Abygail, Dalton, Blake, Benjamin, Kyler, Jordan, Jamie, Jaron, Taylor, Heather, Chyanne, Brianna, Bobby, Alana, Casey, Elizabeth, Robert III and Cody; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Keegan, Meadow, Kylie, Haven and Cameron; and her grandchildren, Colton, Gracie, Maddie, Sabrina, Sophia, Mary and Jesse. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
