She was predeceased by: her husband Bobbie L. Carpenter; her parents, Thomas Kendrick and Sylvia Kendrick; and her brothers, Thomas and Bobby Kendrick.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Carpenter (Fran), Rod Carpenter (Beth) and Mike Carpenter (Evelyn); her sister Carol Hall (Delbert); her grandchildren, Natalie, Rob, Casey, Marissa, Holly, Jonathan and Krista; and her close friend Mary Herdman. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
