She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur T. Starnes and Margaret R. Starnes (Morris); her husband Ray Orus Pugh; her daughters, Rachel Mae Figueroa and Sheri Ann Figueroa; her brother Donald Morris Starnes; and her great grandchild Millie Elizabeth Ruth Pugh.
She is survived by: her children, Donald "Don" Ray Pugh (Delores) of Fairborn and Melissa "Missy" Ruth Pugh of Fairborn; her daughter-in-law Delores "Dee" Pugh; the parents of child, Archie and Reva Caudill; her son-in-law Claude Figueroa; her grandchildren, Adam (Jeanine), Melanie (Rickey), Tim (Jennifer), Dan (Amanda), Joe (Alicia), Eric (Leana), Valerie (David), Steven, Daryl and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Zachary, Hunter, Jacob, Andrew, Sehara, Carson, Madeline, Elijah, Lailyn, Ronin, Annalee, Winifred, Jenson, Ryker, Annabelle, Penelope, Odella, Brandon, Sara and Abigail; and her sister Mary Louise Stain (Starnes). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Central Avenue Church of Christ, Fairborn, or to Fort Hill Christian Youth Camp, Hillsboro.
