It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Herr (Fairborn, Ohio), who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Herr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Norman and Gene; her brother-in-law Keith Henderson; and her nephew Nathan. She is survived by: her children, Pam, Jim Kozak, Brittany, Keenan, Brenda McCumber, Lauren and Haley; and her siblings, Carol Henderson, Edna, Ron Smith, Barbara Josselyn, Linus, Diane Zumberge and Nancy Zumberge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
