With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A. Koogler (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Phillipsburg, Ohio, who passed away on June 1, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Harold E.; and her brother Ted Fasick. She is survived by: her parent Emily Lucille Fasick (Pansing); her husband Bob; her children, Todd Koogler (Karen), Chris Richie (Mike) and Tricia Rake (Steve); her grandchildren, Todd Koogler (Jennifer), Kara Gooch (Justin), Whitney McConnell (Sam), Chad Richie, Emily Rake and Claire Rake; her great grandchildren, Todd, Colton, Callie, Samantha and Carlee; and her brother Ron Fasick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
