He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his sons, Thomas Blackburn of Fairborn, David Blackburn (Michelle) of Colorado and Robert Blackburn of Fairborn; his granddaughters, Greta (Saoirse) and Allyson (Frank); and his niece Stacey Ludlam. He is also survived by other extended family, his church family, and friends.
