He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermal Kiser and Berniece Kiser (Stallard); and his former wife Alice Charleen Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Marcy; his children, Neila Hall (John) and Charles Kiser (Dianne); his grandchildren, Jeremy Davidson (Pearl) and Kelsey Johnson (Josh); and his sisters, Keatha McCue and Barbara Jones (Gary).
