She was predeceased by: her former husband Jacob Mandel. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Ruth Diane, James Michael, Chris Alan and Mary Suzanne; her grandson Nicholas; and her children-in-law, Michael, Patricia, Nurse Tammy Rhodes and Nurses Aide Heather Fithe. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "The Tenth Life" Cat rescue of Greene County or to Ohio Living Hospice in Mary Lou's name.
