She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cavins and Mary Cavins; her grandson Mark Holmes; and her son-in-law Jay Jenkins. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry K. Ashworth; her brother John Henry Cavins (Wanda); and her children, Chris Ashworth (Maria) of Mexico, Annie Holmes Jenkins of Murray, Arkansas, Susy Mercer (Tom) of Murray, Arkansas, Tom Ashworth (Teresa) of Rogers, Arkansas, Bill Ashworth (Melody) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Laura Hinchcliff (Joe) of O'Fallon, Missouri. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
