She is survived by: her son Sam Hage II (Megan); her grandchildren, Sammy, Owen and Lyla; her stepdaughter Sandy Van Oosten (Chuck); her grandchildren, Heather Strawn (Shane), Eli, Peyton and Ashley Mayers (Justin); her great grandchild Hudson; her sister Barb McDermott; her niece Caryn Petros (Pete); her great-niece Liliana; her nephew Michael McDermott (Jordain); and her great-niece Madison.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
