He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Warden; and his siblings, Deborah Khammair, Rick and Jack. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Warden (Wendling); and his siblings, Irene Warden, Darlene Seibert (Wayne), Horace "Buck" Warden and Melvin Warden (Jerrie Servedio). He is also survived by nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
