We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 69, Lewis Bernard Jr. of Fairborn, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis D. Bernard Sr. and Betty Stansberry. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his sons, Ryan Bernard (Bethany) and Cory Bernard (Faye); his grandchildren, Curtis, Kayanna and Addalee; his brother Terry Bernard (Shari); and his nieces, Keri England (Tim) and Krista Bernard.
Due to Covid19, the family respectively requests all friends and family to kindly wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to the Alzheimer's Association, 312 W. Whipp Rd, Dayton, OH 45459 in memory of Lewis.
