She was predeceased by: her parents, Calla Smith and Nell Smith (Fields); her husband Richard R. Lund; her children, Michael Byrd and Shaunda Haynes; her siblings, John Smith, James Smith and Cora Lou Stone; and her brother-in-law Robert Horrocks, Sr..
She is survived by: her son John Byrd (Valerie); her grandchildren, James Byrd (Stacey), Calla Byrd, Ethan, Samantha and Zachary Haynes; her great grandchildren, Carson and Kennedy Byrd; her stepgrandchildren, Brittany and Willie Hatton; her siblings, Calla Smith, Jr. (Sharlene), McKinley Smith (Vickie), Joann Horrocks, Daniel Smith (Evelyn), Bonny Stewart (JR), Larry Smith and Tammy Cox (Robert); her son-in-law David Haynes; and her brother-in-law William Lund, Jr. (Theresa). She is also survived by aunt and uncle and many nieces and nephews.
