She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Burns; and her sister Celeste. She is survived by: her father Thomas Leszczynski; her husband David; her children, Bradley of Fairborn and Lynda Cruzgoo (Alan) of Fort Riley, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jacob, Miguel and Alycia; and her siblings, Alan, Michelle and Scott. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Circle of Victory Fund, which provides assistance to cancer patients who live in Greene County.
