He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stacy and Lena Stacy (Perkins); and his son Michael Leo Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his son Shawn Stacy (April) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Makayla and Van; his stepgrandson Michael Roberts; his stepgreat-granddaughter Scarlett; and his sisters, Charlotte Wallace (Gary), Bev Humston (Jim) and Kim Perry (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
