He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Mitchell, Jr.; and his sisters, Janet Roberts and Lynne Piziali. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Brett Burnette (Sara), Kreg Burnette (Mike Inskeep) and Laura Burnette; his granddaughter Rylee Burnette; his brothers-in-law, Charles Roberts and Joe Piziali; his nephews, Jeff Piziali and Andy Piziali (Jamie); and his niece Leslie Sorensen (Jeff). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
