She was predeceased by: her husband Gwynn Parsons. She is survived by: her sons, David Parsons of Fairborn, Donny Parsons of Fairborn and Chuck Parsons of Beavercreek; her grandchildren, Krystle Parsons, David Parsons, Aaron Parsons, Katie Parsons, Michael Parsons and Lillian Parsons; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Jailynn, Serenity Medley, Braxton Henderson, Jaycee Hoops and Aaron Sawyer.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The American Cancer Society in Kathleen's memory.
