He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Morris, Lillian Sills and Henry Campbell; and his uncle Greg Sills. He is survived by: his son Josh Jr. (JJ); his parents, Shelia Campbell (Rick Carr) and Mike Campbell; the mother of his child Ashley Biteman; his grandmother Gladys Campbell; his aunts, Marsha Sills, Cheryl Adkins, Beth Sills and Pam Matson (Tony); his siblings, Shawn Adkins, Kristian Adkins (Kelly), Stefanie Adkins, Fawn Adkins and Heather Clonch; and his friends, Sarah Chrum, Nick Carter, AJ Earl, Kurtis Smith, Aaron Schroeder and Brandon Simpson.
