He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Matthew Boone and Coriene Parson (Bland); his stepfather Clyde Parson; his grandparents, Okey H., Frenchie Bland, Jesse Boone and Kate Boone; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Boone.
He is survived by: his spouse Wanda; his children, Matthew Boone (Jennifer), Christopher Boone (Heather), Melissa Boone and Sarah Boone; his siblings, Wanda Darbyshire, Okey Ronald Boone, Donald Boone (Anne-Marie) and Cheryl Whited (Jeff); his former wife Dorothy Boone; and his children, Burnet Ave and Dayton-Yellow Springs Road. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
