John Mantei Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mantei (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Menominee, Michigan, who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Cyril Mantei; his wife Sue; his siblings, Patrick and Judith; his siblings-in-law, Bob Lippert, David Vanhaverbeke, Mike Vanhaverbeke, Dorian, Barbara and Joan; and his nieces, Anna and Angela.

He is survived by: his parent Stella Mantei (Nault); his children, Terese DeSimio (Martin), Michael Mantei (Amy) of Lebanon and Matthew Mantei (Judy) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Patrick (Lea), Dominic (Lien), Zachary, Jacob, Caitlin, Mia and Elyse; his siblings, Marie, Anne (Gerry), Sue (Ed), Leo, Tom (Pat), Bob (Rosanne), Bernie (Paula), Frank and Pete (Mary); and his sister-in-law Joyce. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
