He was predeceased by: his father Harold Howard. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Howard (Jodrey); his wife Kelly; his children, Phillip (Christy), Sean, Savannah, Marley and Braylee; his siblings, Jason Lawler and Jennifer Massengale (Chad); his parents-in-law, Jim and Shirley Roby; his brother Brian Roby (Nikki); and his nieces and nephews, Kayla (Aaron), Tyler (Cassidy), Mason, Ryan, Sydney, Reece, Sailor, Charlotte and Blake. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
